Primary responsibilities include: providing orientation and training on program rules; enrolling participants and their direct care workers; helping participants to develop a cash management plan (spending plan) for using their monthly budget; monitoring participant health and safety; and maintaining progress notes. Case Investigator Supervisor   The Case Investigator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of case investigators as they reach out to Pennsylvania residents who have tested positive for COVID-19. The Supervisor will serve as the guide and oversee case investigators as they generate lists of close contacts and provide isolation instructions. The Supervisor will be responsible for delegating work, ensuring all information gathered during case investigation is transmitted to the necessary partners and supporting case interviewers where necessary   This position is full-time (5 days/week).
