Interviewer/Tester in Long Island, NY   The Interviewer/Tester will be responsible for interviewing participants for the National HIV Behavioral Surveillance System.  The interviewers are responsible for screening participants for eligibility, obtaining and documenting informed consent, conducting anonymous virtual video interviews using a hand-held computer, and providing appropriate health care and social service referrals to participants. In addition to the administering the health survey, the incumbent will conduct at-home oral HIV testing virtually with participants.   This is subject to change based on local COVID-19 restrictions.

Ohio Contact Team Captain Overview   The Contact Tracing Team Captain is responsible for overseeing 4 or more Supervisors responsible for the daily oversight and management of Contact Tracers. The Team Captain will be responsible for a broad range of team management and operations functions, including developing policies and procedures, providing subject matter expertise to contact tracing functions, coordinating with Local Health Departments and project clients, quality assurance and monitoring, mentoring new supervisors, ensuring completion of mandatory trainings, approving supervisors time sheets, and communicating information and policies to the teams they supervise. This position is full-time (5 days/week). Team Captains will be assigned a set schedule for 35-40 hours/week to ensure coverage between 8:00am- 8:30pm daily. The position is temporary based off the needs of the project and the conclusion of the contract. Because the call center is open 7 days per week until from 8:00am - 8:30 pm, night and weekend work may be required.  PCG is committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourage applications from candidates of color.
