We have grown quickly and are looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our Human Services IT department support structure, growth and best practices. As a CIO, you will be responsible for developing and executing our IT strategy, managing our IT budget and resources, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among our IT staff and other stakeholders. Proven excellence in providing technology solutions to the public sector is valued.
Key aspects of the role include bringing additional structure to quality assurance practices and ensuring strong performance and ROI from development teams responsible for client facing software development. Additional key aspect includes leveraging low code/no code software development and citizen development strategies and SaaS and COTS products to empower our business users to create, customize, and deploy applications that meet their specific needs and enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also evaluate and adopt new technology tools and platforms that can support our business objectives and align with our IT vision and values.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in IT management, project management, business analysis, and change management. You will also need excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for learning and innovation. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet or exceed user expectations and business goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: | BA or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred |
Experience: | 15+ years’ experience in progressively responsible information in one of the sectors: state or local government, education, health care, insurance or professional services |

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $225,000 - $275,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
