Talent Acquisition

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Director in recruiting projects and serves as the recruiting SME on projects.
  • Participate in recruiting projects, internal mobility, EVP etc. and support execution of these projects
  • Support recruiting events; job fairs, open houses etc.
  • Potential to be assigned job requisition if needed

 

HCM department

  • Provide support to the entire HCM department in administration and projects, including the HCM all hands and engagement events for HCM personnel, recognition programs, training/conferences, HCM annual survey etc.
  • Understand the organizational accountabilities and appropriately connect with other PAs or corporate groups on HR matters
  • Support change management/messaging of key HR projects (WD, authority matrix)

  • Knowledge of various human resources functions specially recruiting to provide tactical HR support.

  • Knowledge of standard HR operations and policies, and the demonstrated ability to follow established protocols, identify new needs, and document new protocols.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, work ethic, propriety, and professionalism.
  • Approachability in a customer-focused environment.
  • Highly developed listening, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience facilitating small work group and virtual discussions and presentations.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced culturally diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office; adept at Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and documentation.

 

Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 3-5 years’ HR/Recruiting experience; Proven track record modeling HR best practices, experience in professional services industry strongly preferred.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of HR experience OR an Associate's degree 
• Demonstrated experience working in collaboration with a wide range of managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
• Experience working in an organization with numerous locations and a remote workforce is highly preferred.
• Experience in both an operations-focused and professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability for completing audit requests in a detailed, timely and accurate manner.
• Must be willing to travel to remote office locations from time to time.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing, high demand customer-facing environment.
• Experience and independence in remaining current with HR best practices.
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products and Google.
• Must be team focused 

 

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $51,181 - $84,800. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role..
