Responsibilities

Public Consulting Group’s (PCG) Education Consulting service line seeks an experienced, tech-savvy graphic designer with curriculum design experience to contribute to our projects. Our team focuses on complex and innovative state- and district-level curriculum and professional development across several content areas and grade bands. Our projects provide educators and students with equitable access to high-quality curriculum that represent the voices and choices of local stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Use provided templates, content from subject matter experts, and personal design expertise to create well designed materials for teachers and students
  • Transfer and track files through the defined workflow process in Google Drive
  • Adhere to style guides and project documentation
  • Participate in a rapid development process that includes peer review and engagement with multiple stakeholders
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders to edit and finalize materials for print and digital delivery
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on final deliverables

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Expert user of Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign and Acrobat Pro) and proficient in Google Workspace
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
  • Excellent attention to detail and familiarity working with style guides
  • Driven to seek out and use feedback to improve and to grow

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $40/hour. This is a remote, 1099 independent.
