Responsibilities

  • Conducts analysis on processes and data sets for cost allocation and time study clients.
  • Prepares and presents parts of written status reports for clients; maintains notes and project documentation in professional manner.
  • Develops competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements.
  • Assists with project phases or tasks as directed by project manager and other senior members of project team.
  • Participates on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions.
  • Assists with research, drafting, and editing of written reports, major deliverables, and other materials for clients.
  • Collects, reviews, and enters project related data.
  • Supports customer service functions for clients, including phone lines and email inboxes.
  • Learns use and operation of proprietary PCG software products.
  • Other support responsibilities as necessary.

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting or other business relevant field.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to learn new software systems and analyze policy and legislation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.

Working conditions:

Office Setting or remote/work from home with potential for 30%-40% travel depending on internal and client needs.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000-$70,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
