This position is in PCG’s Human Services practice area on the Aging & Disability Services (A&D) team. The A&D team works with states and providers to design, develop, refine, evaluate, and manage programs that support older adults and people with disabilities. Our mission is to help our clients improve the lives of the people they serve. The A&D team is seeking to add a skilled, team-oriented Senior Consultant that will help us fulfill this mission.
The Senior Consultant’s primary responsibilities will be to manage our work with clients, serve as a project manager, thought leader, and lead in team sales efforts. Examples of specific responsibilities are described below. This position requires creative thinking as well as a detailed eye and excellent communications skills. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they can excel both in a fast-paced team environment and autonomously. Experience with project management and business development – particularly in the space for employment and home and community based services areas for people with disabilities – is preferred.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Lead client engagements, with an emphasis on engagements with agencies supporting aging and disabilities.
· Manage complex projects and produce sophisticated workplans and deliverables
· Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a key contact for ongoing communications
· Collect and analyze data and create reports and other written content based on that data
· Have mastery of, and the ability to interpret and apply, federal and state policy in your areas of experience/knowledge
· Supervise and provide direction to project staff, including subcontracted staff
· Conduct presentations and oral briefings for clients
· Lead proposal efforts, including managing proposal teams, writing content, and coordinating submissions
· Develop new business and growth opportunities
· Other consulting responsibilities as necessary

· Proficiency or expertise in other software products for communication, data analysis, surveying, etc. (preferred)
Required Experience:
· Graduate degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant leadership experience
· 7+ years of relevant work experience in large-scale project management for public sector clients related to supporting people with disabilities, communications, evaluation, or the consulting field
· Proficient in writing professional communications and reports
· Ability to lead and manage teams, as well as work autonomously
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel
Preferred Experience:
· Knowledge or experience engaging stakeholders or providing training
· Knowledge or experience in leading successful systems change initiatives
· Experience managing or supervising staff
Applicants from Indiana or surrounding states are preferred. Work is completed remotely, but the position may require up to 50% travel.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000 - $120,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
