PCG is currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team. The Human Capital Management team delivers enterprise-wide talent management programs which focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, learning, growth and development, people analytics, and more. The Talent Management Specialist will report to the Director of Talent Management and be responsible for implementing and managing programs, processes, and technology systems that work together and contribute to positive talent experiences. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance. They will have the skills to execute and deliver programs and results of the highest quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Education: BS or BA degree.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience in a Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training, Onboarding, or Learning and Development role.
Knowledge of educational learning theories, eLearning technologies, tools, and instructional design techniques.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000 - $90,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
