Responsibilities
PCG’s Health Practice Area is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager with strong financial, data management, and staff supervision experience. PCG Health supports hundreds of healthcare providers, emergency medical service providers, schools, and State Medicaid agencies to complete, review, and process Medicaid and Medicare cost reports, cost allocation plans, time studies, and rate setting efforts. This position is a new and internal facing position within our organization with the intended goal to achieve operational efficiencies, implement more rigor into our operational processes, identify opportunities to introduce new tools or technology to streamline processes, and have an enhanced focus on mitigating risk of current work. This role will be a senior leadership position within our healthcare financing solutions center of excellence (COE) and oversee an operations unit, technology unit, and quality assurance unit.
The Operations Manager will have the opportunity to shape the development and establishment of a revised organizational structure and division, as well as help to realign existing staff into a roles that will better support their career development and allow for further growth in the organization. The Operations Manager will have up to three to five direct reports, as well as indirect reports with an expected team of thirty to forty employees.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
