Healthcare Program Associate: (location-One Commerce Plaza)

Working with the Bureau of Managed Care Certification and Surveillance, this position will be responsible for supporting activities within the bureau’s Certification unit.  

Typical responsibilities will include:

-        Provide development and support of reports, work plans, and status updates on multiple activities within the certification unit.  The certification unit           receives a significant number of applications and other submissions from plans that need to be tracked and followed up on and a briefing provided             to upper management on such activities.

-        Provide support in reviewing and processing IPA and other Consents for the Division Director’s approval and signature.

-        Monitor bureau email box and direct emails to appropriate staff person for response/review.

-        Provide backup support to current staff in the review and approval of provider and management contracts.

-        Provide support in the development of, and/or updating bureau policies and procedures.

-        Provide support with bureau initiatives to improve efficiency of operations and streamline processes.

-        Work with internal and external personnel in the achievement of bureau, division, and Department goals and objectives.

-        Serve as back up to the PNDS Coordinator (PNDS) as needed.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $17.00 hr. - $25.00 hr. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
