  • Works with staff to achieve excellent contract performance, meaningful outputs, and adherence to stringent federal, state, county, and company compliance objectives
  • Ensure quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in a rigorous manner by Identifying training needs based on error trends reports, recommend specific coaching, and follow up to improve individual and team performance.
  • Work with project training department to ensure training material is accurate and in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Conduct focus reviews for newly hired case management staff, discuss results, give feedback, and recommend specific training to improve overall performance.
  • Analyzes data and reports to determine error trends for various departments
  • Develop Summary reports for Supervisors and managements to use in identifying areas of concerns and recommend specific coaching and training to improve performance level.
  • Conducting regular meetings to provide clarifications regarding County updates, WTW Program policies and procedures, and any other related topics including Project metrics and goals.
  • Provide Monthly Region Accuracy Summary to WTW APD and Supervisors, discuss and recommend training and coaching materials to support each Unit/ ETA
  • Communicate timely and effectively with ES staff to schedule individual or group coaching sessions to discuss case management errors and impact accuracy improvement
  • Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance and compliance
  • Identifies training needs based on error trends
  • Works with projects training department to ensure training material is accurate
  • Works individually with staff to train on compliance with regulations, policies and standard operating procedures; and provide coaching/mentoring on an individual basis
  • Partners with supervisors to identify training needs and error-trend rates for specific units
  • Fulfills other project related duties as assigned
  • Maintains positive working relationships with all staff and customers.

Qualification, Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other closely related field, preferred
 Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the public sector or other customer-centric service sector/industry, preferred




Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $64,480. - $74,480. Yearly . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
