Responsibilities:

• Work closely with staff to improve and to achieve excellent contract performance, meaningful outputs, and adherence to stringent federal, state, county, and company compliance objectives
• Ensure quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in a rigorous manner by Identifying training needs based on error trends reports, recommend specific coaching, and follow up to improve individual and team performance.
• Develop Summary and forecasting reports for Supervisors and managements to use in identifying areas of concerns and improvement
• Maintain positive and effective working relationship when communicating with all staff at all levels
• Fulfill other project related duties as assigned by manager or needed by the team
• Ensures quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in a rigorous manner in accordance with established County guidelines and company policies and procedures
• Assists with internal and external compliance audits by the County and other agencies
• Assists the QA Reporting Supervisor and other staff members to ensure team goals are met
• Review project data to ensure adherence to established County guidelines
• Assists with review of departmental processes and procedures Analyzes monthly data and reports to ensure continued improvement of operations
• Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance and compliance

Required Experience:

Education

A Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other closely related fields, preferred. Significant related experience may substitute for the educational requirements.

Experience

A minimum of two years relevant work experience in the public sector or other customer-centric service sector/industry

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role:$25.50 - 29.50 HR . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
