The Production Coordinator role is an operations position within the Marketing Department. The role reports to the Creative Services team to support a variety of creative and production project requests. The Production Coordinator’s responsibilities include working with internal teams to coordinate printed materials for internal and external projects including proposals and marketing focused documents. The Production Coordinator may also create basic charts and graphics to support client needs.


Required Skills:


Ability to:

  • Processes requests quickly and efficiently
  • Interpret and consistently uphold related brand and style guidelines.
  • Ensure completed projects meet quality standards
  • Monitor printing systems to insure up times


Education: High School Diploma 

Software: Proficiency with Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) 

Knowledge of Adobe Workfront (Nice to have)
