Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.  We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Gathers, defines, and drives business requirements development
  • Supports multiple projects, primarily facilitating resolution of operational issues
  • Coordinates and liaises with other departments for reviewing ongoing program activities
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Assists in drafting written reports and correspondence to the client
  • Prepares a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meetings
  • Conducts “full stack” business intelligence analysis with the support of departmental teammates
  • Supports the Account Management team with reporting and other client deliverables
  • Is dedicated to consistent learning and knowledge sharing with teammates and colleagues
  • Collaborates with team members on internal peer reviews of departmental products

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ relevant years’ experience required

Experience: 2+ years analyst experience
