PCG is looking for a highly qualified Claims Analyst to help human service and non-profit agencies verify eligible spending and participation in various federal programs. You person will work on a mix of projects, each with the goal of helping identify eligible spending that qualifies for federal reimbursement or federal maintenance of effort spending.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including collecting data, reviewing documents, analyzing and verifying data, calculating eligible spending, conducting monitoring and quality assurance reviews, and performing quality checks of your own work and the work of others. Expenditures are for workforce development programs that are federally funded to health and human services agencies, particularly the SNAP Employment and Training program. Other programs may include the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program or programs operated by American Job Centers.
You will work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment, often navigating between multiple programs within the same day. They must be detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent quantitative abilities and organizational skills. They must be able to work independently as well as with a larger team.
