PCG is currently seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team. The Human Capital Management team delivers enterprise-wide talent management programs which focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, growth and development, people analytics, and more. The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist will report to the Director of Talent Management and be responsible for managing the administration, processes, and technology systems that support PCG’s learning and development initiatives. They will have the opportunity to support and enhance employee onboarding. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage overall administration of enterprise learning management system (LMS)
  • Manage data feeds between the LMS and other information systems, as well as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities, when necessary
  • Manage all system settings, permissions, and user accounts
  • Coordinate setup of training assignments, curriculums, assessments, and other LMS functions
  • Maintain records of training activities, participation, progress, etc
  • Develop and run activity reports for senior business leaders and partners
  • Support in the setup, maintenance, and tracking of employee compliance trainings and protocols
  • Support in the coordination and delivery of employee onboarding trainings and protocols
  • Provide ongoing system support and training to users and admins
  • Consult with business representatives on training priorities and how-to leverage LMS for local project needs
  • Understand training and business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve LMS processes to support efficiency






  • 2+ years of work experience with personnel activities (onboarding, training, employee engagement, etc.) and enterprise learning management systems
  • Able to work with a diverse range of people
  • College Degree 


Required Skills:


  • Adept at administering SAS technologies, mastering system functionality, and training others to proficiency
  • Ability to work with large data sets and perform analysis and summary reports
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
  • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity
  • Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by our businesses and management
  • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level
  • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes
