  • Provider set up and maintenance for multiple lines of business and health plans
  • Fee schedule updates utilizing Medicare and Medicaid published rates
  • Client and Provider inquiries and resolutions
  • System maintenance to set up provider Letter of Agreements for members
  • Assist with system configuration for provider contracts
  • Work on projects with the team or individually as needed
  • Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines



Preferred Skills:

  • Possess the skills and understands the importance of establishing friendly and collaborative relationships
  • Medicare and Medicaid regulations are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.
  • Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office products with strong skills in Excel. VBA and MS Access are a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, preferably in business, business administration, accounting, spublic policy, or other closely related fields.


  • 2-3 years working in office or corporate environment required; Experience with MS Office suite required.
