About the Role


The Consultant position will be the front line of communication between school districts educating students with disabilities, and our product lines. This position serves as part of our North Carolina Student Success team partnering with 45 school districts and charter schools. Specifically, this position will manage the day to day tasks of the project to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and compliance, in addition to managing and supporting PCG’s EDPlan™ software suite.

This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and provide assistance to our project team.  The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.



  • Assists in managing an established professional services portfolio including management of 70 technology-based software modules for 50+ North Carolina school districts and charter schools in the K-12 education sector
  • Develops and executes communication plans with senior level clients, and effectively leads client discussions
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and follows up on sales leads
  • Plans and monitors ongoing project tasks
  • Identifies gaps and shortcomings and determine necessary workarounds  
  • Assesses best practices and program risks
  • Manages daily project functions and client interaction
  • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Learns the use and operation of proprietary PCG software products




  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • 5+ plus years of relevant work experience in the fields of Healthcare, Government, or the Consulting field (Preferred)

  • Travel Required: 10%-25%
