Responsibilities

 

  • Ceridian timesheet reconciliation for bi-weekly payroll cycles
  • Maintain dedicated Ceridian email and respond to questions and issues for employees and supervisors on a daily basis 
  • Contacts various supervisors for any missed timesheet entries for terminating employees
  • Provides necessary support to Payroll team with various special projects (i.e. audit reports, EEO and annual Affirmative Action, annual census data, etc.)
  • Responds timely to employment verifications
  • Maintains payroll and related documentation for personnel files
  • Provides input and assistance for payroll and HRIS projects
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
  • Daily triage and distribution of Finance mail
  • Responsible for administrative tasks and general support for Finance

 

Qualifications

 

Education/Experience: 

 

  • Detailed knowledge of Dayforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of corporate payroll processing experience working on multi-state payroll
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll and ADP Vantage
  • Able to work with a diverse range of people

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Detailed knowledge of Dayforce
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and run reports
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
