Trainers shall conduct training for Workforce members on Contractor and Department policies and procedures, applicable statutes and regulations, as well as technical systems used to perform Contract-related duties.
Trainers shall focus on training skills essential for completing Contract-related duties, customer service, case investigation, and contact tracing functions.
The duties of Trainers shall include, but shall not be limited to, completing a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining training records, preparing general training materials, coordinating and conducting training sessions, providing individual coaching to Workforce members, assessing Workforce learning, using Learning Management Software for managing training content, administering Workforce member evaluations, and tracking and reporting on training(s) participation and completion.
Trainers shall follow the direction of the Department to guarantee coordination and alignment of efforts.

Specific duties of Trainers are as follows:
Trainers shall assist with coordination and delivery of technical and essential skills trainings, as required.
Trainers shall coach Workforce members to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and understanding of training materials.
Trainers shall work with the Department, and Workforce members to address training needs and to understand any changes in the Department’s policies, procedures, business initiatives and technologies.
Trainers shall conduct onboarding training for new hires.
Trainers shall support the delivery of ad hoc and business priority training programs in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities and shall support the customization of training materials and content, as approved by the Department.
Trainers shall manage training logistics and shall ensure Workforce members have adequate resources prior, during, and after the training for optimal learning.
As needed, Trainers shall make recommendations to the Department for improvements in existing training courses.
Trainers shall monitor the day-to-day business operations to ascertain potential challenges and identify the need to reinforce training with the Workforce.
Trainers shall provide coaching to new hires and provide feedback, as needed.his position is full-time (5 days/week).
The position is temporary and may end at any time depending on the demand.
