We're looking for a Power Platform, automation and data manipulation developer ready and able to apply themselves to a broad scope of tasks, one who relishes any opportunity to learn something new or apply existing skills in a new direction. As part of the data team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all manner of data from any number of differing sources are coordinated, transformed, and made available to interested parties both via hosted and cloud technologies.
o Develop PowerApps canvas and model driven applications
o Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community
o Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps, PowerAutomate and preferably create custom connectors
o Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
o Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
o Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
o Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps
o Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps
o Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing
o Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members
o Delivers data and data integration through the implementation of an enterprise datalake.
o Supports and helps design and implement data integration architecture
o Work with other technical resources to build necessary connectivity and move data between into the datalake
o Examines sources of data through user interviews and data system object analysis
o Analyze functional users’ needs and then design, develop, integrate data into a central repository
o Design each integration in accordance with functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices
o Crafts strategies for the data process by developing data definitions, data patterns, ingestion techniques
o SME Familiarity with the Microsoft PowerApps suite
o Development and integration experience with REST services
o SOAP experience
o Competence with common office communication tools (Microsoft suite, Teams, Visio)
Nice to Haves:
o 1+ years experience with one or more of the following: Python, SQL, JS Pandas, SQLAlchemy, Scrapy, React, or equivalent
o AWS development and/or architecture experience, certifications a plus
o Azure development and/or architecture experience, certifications a plus
o Comfortable in both *nix and Windows environments
o Familiarity with cloud and application security a plus
o Experience developing and consuming APIs.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o Effective written and oral communications skills
o Sound planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
o Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combinations of education and experience
Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant development experience
