The Product Manager plays a key role in the development and enhancement of software products for our public sector human services clients. Particularly, the Product Manager will manage PCG’s early intervention (IDEA Part C Infant-Toddler services) software suite of case management, service logging, billing & claiming, provider enrollment, and family portal functionality. The role will be to manage the product direction across individual implementations nationally, working with a combination of project teams, development teams, clients, and user groups and analyzing market trends to develop short-term and long-term roadmaps and development plans for the product.
Office Setting; Willing to travel 10-20% regularly and up to 50% when needed
A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred
Minimum 5+ years technical project management experience; Minimum 2+ years business-to-government health, human or education services consulting experience; Minimum 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
PMP certification, Product Manager certification, or similar qualification preferred
