  • Overall Responsibilities:
  • PCG seeks a corporate Compliance Specialist to support the internal compliance review of corporate contracts, conduct business risk assessments, perform internal audits, identify conflicts of interest, complete due diligence tasks for onboarding third parties, and other corporate compliance and risk management initiatives. This position will be predominantly remote with periodic in-office meetings and will report to the Manager of Compliance Services.
  • Specific Responsibilities:
  • Manage the risk review process for business opportunities and client contracts across several business lines.
  • Liaison and coordinate between Legal, Finance, IT, InfoSec, HR & Project Management teams to address critical corporate compliance issues.
  • Participate in due diligence reviews for domestic acquisitions.
  • Conduct internal audits consistent with compliance review standards as assigned.
  • Prepare written reports, recommendations and corrective action plans based on audits.
  • Identify, detect, and develop risk mitigation strategies to address real, apparent or potential conflicts of interest.
  • Perform due diligence tasks and assist with the onboarding process for Independent Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors.
  • Prepare recommendations for operational, strategic and policy changes.
  • Assist in the development of compliance training documents.
  • Stay updated on national compliance trends and developments in specified audit subjects.
  • Perform other compliance-related responsibilities as assigned.

  • Competence in reviewing contracts and other legal and regulatory documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of technology products. 
  • Required Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an institutional or organizational setting.
