  • Supports multiple projects through operational tasks and analysis of EDI transactions, specifically 837, 999 and 277’s, 3M and Optum Groupers
  • Conduct provider trainings PCG claims processing system and maintain training material
  • Perform user acceptance testing for updates made to PCG’s claims processing system, as well as other internal systems as needed
  • Create reports on an ad-hoc basis for clients or providers
  • Communicates effectively with providers on requests sent via email, providing information and assistance to questions regarding PCG’s claims processing system
  • Create and maintain policies and procedure on claims processes
  • Work collaboratively with others in order to meet client requests and deadlines
  • Analyze large data sets and maintain quality control measures
  • Support system implementations and enhancements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Basic Knowledge of Excel required
  • Knowledge of EDI transaction files preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.  Relevant work experience will be considered.
