Role Overview: The primary focus of the Operations Analyst 2 is maintaining EDPlan system documentation, conducting User Acceptance Testing, writing Business Requirements, and leading issue investigation/resolution for clients. This role will work with the Senior Project Manager to standardize documentation and testing best practices and establish a knowledge management process for all EDPlan features. This position revolves around technology, software development lifecycle, and project management.



  • Test PCG web-based applications for enhancements and development releases, specific focus on core feature knowledge management.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to project performance and support.
  • Create and edit Business Requirement Documentation (BRD).
  • Monitor and report on BRD quality standards.
  • Maintain records/documentation for assigned client meetings.
  • Manages client customer service requests for assigned clients.
  • Manage updates to Advanced Reporting and support incoming report design requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide information, assistance, and recommendations relative to system support and client management.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document client needs.
  • Work with product team to ensure application enhancements and development releases are documented in training and support materials.
  • Provide client support around issue investigation/resolution.
  • Positively contribute to the team, office, region, and firm culture, community, and environment.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.



Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • Research and project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word
  • Experience with SAS business analytics software or data management software
  • Ability to provide superior customer service support via phone and email, including troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and manage and coordinate several ongoing assignments.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and with multiple different people with different work styles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
