• Aligns with Corporate Technology and all Practice Areas to increase productivity of all new hires and existing employees, by sharing what’s possible with our tools and technology
• Responsible for ensuring all new hires have the tools and knowledge necessary to be productive
• Support IT onboarding of all new hires across the Firm
• Provide technical support for the new hires during their first few weeks
• Collaborates with New Hire Lead to identify opportunities to reduce number of days to productivity for the new employee
• Establishes training needs for new hires during their first 30/60/90 days and collaborates with the IT Training & Curriculum Specialist for content creation
• Periodic check-ins with New Hires
• Plans and delivers virtual training curriculum on key topics over the New Hire’s first 90 days
• Uses data analytics to measure and report on successes and/or challenges over the New Hire’s first 6 months
• Collaborates with the Learning & Productivity Team to develop action items to address findings from the data
• Tracks New Hire retention and identifies productivity challenges that may indicate a New Hire is at risk
• Work cross-functionally with SMEs in the Employee Experience, Project Management, Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure and IT Operations Teams
• Develops relationships across PCG to understand learning needs and areas of productivity loss
• Develop methods to increase speed of service, including reaching out to employees before they can reach out for help
• Identifies opportunities to streamline processes through automation

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent experience
Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably related to technology. 3+ years of experience in a customer/employee support role. Must be able to manage own time and sensitive to the time of others
