Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.  We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

      • Assist in the implementation of new financial system including process redesign, data validation, training and troubleshooting issues
      • Develops, implements, and maintains accounting policies and procedure manuals for all aspects of the accounting/finance department
      • Liaisons with Enterprise Solutions Team (EST) to perform systems testing, special projects, and accounting end efforts needed to achieve results from EST/Finance task list
      • Assists with on-boarding training for finance staff
      • Assists with developing training materials for new financial system
      • Special projects as assigned

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required
Experience: System implementation experience, 3+ years in an accounting department, Process management experience
