Data is a critical component of the work we do for our clients. We manage one of the largest Data Collection, Reporting and Analytics platforms used in the public education space. Our clients span some of the largest State Education Departments and School Districts across the country. If analytical thinking is your forte, you love diving deep into system level architecture, integration, and complex data reporting problems, then we would love to talk to you more!


This role will initially focus on a subset of our clients, with an opportunity to expand across the education practice area over time. You will be working across a variety of stakeholder groups, from highly technical engineering to non-technical client representatives. Communication skills are crucial so that facilitation of information flow can be done seamlessly across the audience. You will need to understand system architecture and/or configurations, how data is/will need to be integrated.


A background in Data Analytics/Reporting platforms and understanding of system design is a plus.


Our team is highly collaborative, nimble and works on complex problems in tight timelines: the ability to connect seemingly ‘unconnected’ data, ask crucial timely questions and learn and iterate solutions fast are key to success.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Directors, Advisors, Clients and Engineering to develop and deploy time critical data integration and reporting solutions.
  • Drive and inform internal discussions related to various PCG data systems, gathers requirements as they relate to reporting, visualizations and resultant data structures and collections.
  • Drives integration discussions, plans and tasks
  • Monitors ongoing data feeds and performs analysis and investigations on data quality issues.
  • Prepares data requests for clients tailored to each project and anticipating the data required to produce the expected deliverables
  • Develops, streamlines, and actively participates in user assurance testing procedures in areas of assigned focus and responsibility
  • Develops business solutions through the constant modification of the existing business intelligence solutions.
  • Conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions.
  • Monitors project execution and drives projects to a conclusion.
  • Performs special projects upon request.
  • Supports and participates in the design and delivery of client and staff member training and coaching related to reporting tools.
  • Understands how data integrates and identifies opportunities for greater efficiencies and revenue generation across the region.
  • Serves as liaison between Project and Business Line for assigned projects.






  • Advanced Degree or Bachelors degree and 3+ years hands-on experience in the area of System integration/system architecture/data analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to connect the dots on disparate pieces of reporting/analysis and formulate a cohesive understanding of business performance drivers (strong business analysis skills)
  • Experience or understanding of education space, SIS, Edtech is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing and changing priorities.
  • Strong people skills required to lead and inspire small teams of direct reports and consulting resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate complex issues to senior leadership, and a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization and influence diverse functional stakeholders towards decision and action.
  • Curious and having a learner mindset.
