Responsibilities

The Proposal Center supports proposal development efforts across the Health Practice Area by assisting business teams with managing the proposal process, contributing content and marketing expertise, and offering competitive intelligence.  We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team.  This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a business development partner across all products and services offered by the Health Practice Area, and to interact with all levels of management.  Responsibilities include:

  • Administering proposal development and providing support from pre-RFP through post-award.
  • Coordinating the internal flow and review of proposal content.
  • Tracking all proposal responses.
  • Directing the production of final proposals.
  • Ensuring that all proposals are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines.

 

Educaton:     Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:  1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred.  Experience with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other applications.  Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.
