PCG's Financial & Strategic Solutions (FSS) center of excellence within Health is seeking an Operations Analyst 1 for the Shared Solutions Group (SSG). PCG Health provides states with a comprehensive suite of services to administer and manage their Medicaid school-based services programs. This role will be part of the Data Operations team that supports these school-based services. The Operations Analyst 1 will ideally have data management skills within a health setting and will assist and contribute to compliance reviews and other audit and quality assurance deliverables. They will be involved in ensuring accuracy in data calculation and aggregation processes, creating standards for peer-to-peer review, and support state reviews to ensure quality assurance expectations are met.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider similar experience.
Experience: 1-3 years of analytical work - working in office or corporate environment required; proficiency with MS Office suite required; Experience with or knowledge of Medicaid, Healthcare, Education, and/or customer support is beneficial.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $45,000-$55,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
