Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday change management efforts in partnership with HCM team
• Provide project management for Workday HCM implementation, including project planning and scheduling.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and configure Workday HCM to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status, discuss challenges, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Lead end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to Workday HCM.
• Stay current with Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HCM processes such as HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the public sector or with public sector clients is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required
• 5+ years of related experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience working with employees and managers.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000 - $125,000.
