  Summary:

  The DHPCO Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Division Directors and three additional individuals (2 Deputy Division Directors and a Medical Director). This level of support will include managing calendars for the above listed staff, acting as an office manager, assigning and maintaining the Executive Deputy Commissioner Clearance (EDCC), coordinating Division Director sign off on variety of documents such as Audits and Division policy directives, as well as perform a variety of other operations activities officewide. A successful person in this position will be one who takes the initiative, is organized, and efficiently manages assigned tasks. The incumbent must possess an eagerness to learn and perform new tasks on a consistent basis as well as be willing and able to coordinate assignments with other DHPCO administrative staff, manage and assign the workload, maintain calendars and day books.

Basic Qualifications: 

Working knowledge of Medicaid data.

Proficient in multiple software programs, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

The ability to think creatively and strategical

Additional Qualifications:

An associate degree counts as 2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree counts as 4 years of experience, and a master’s degree counts as 5 years of experience.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $55,341.00-$65,000. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
