This individual will assist senior staff in the New York State Department of Health, Division of Health Plan Contracting and Oversight (DHPCO). Working within the Bureau of Managed Long Term Care with the System’s Team, the candidate will provide support for existing and new federal and state reporting requirements, audits, operational surveys, and enrollment issues.

Job Duties to Include:

Analysis of data to respond to state and federal reporting requirements.

Track reports and deliverables.

Perform data queries.

Develop MLTC charts and visuals for website posts and projects, as needed.

Other activities as may be deemed necessary in response to the changing needs of BMLTC.

Additional Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Medicaid data.

Proficient in multiple software programs, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

The ability to think creatively and strategically

Basic Qualifications: 

• 9 years of experience in healthcare
• An associate degree counts as 2 years of experience, a bachelors degree counts as 4 years of experience, and a masters degree counts as 5 years of experience.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $55,341.00-65,000.00 In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
