DESCRIPTION: This is a contract position in Augusta, Maine that provides professional and technical support to the Office of MaineCare Service's Complex Case Unit (CCU). This position provides assistance to potential and current clients and other stakeholders, research and analysis, and administrative assistance. The CCU provides Maine residents with simple and timely solutions to complex healthcare, financial, and placement issues through integrated provider and community involvement.
REPRESENTATIVE TASKS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A four (4) year combination of education and experience in care management/medical eligibility programs, administrative assistant and/or behavioral health.
- The ideal candidate will have experience which demonstrates the ability to be an effective part of a team, to assist in working towards a prompt case resolution, strong data gathering skills during meetings, the ability to type accurately, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn.
- HS Diploma or GED is required; some college preferred.
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $21.00 per hour. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
